How our payments work

Our fees are worked out by taking:

• The total number of classes across the year

• Any show or performance fees

• A small administration fee

• The GoCardless processing fee

This total is then spread evenly across the year, creating a clear and consistent payment plan.

Notice period

We require one full term’s notice to withdraw from classes.

This notice period is important because:

• Class places are planned and staffed in advance

• Choreography and show preparation rely on consistent attendance

• It ensures fairness and stability for all students

Notice must be given in writing before the start of the final paid term.
